Whoa....this is so cool! 
I really love the design, especially her jacket, it shows elegance and femininity. 
However, I think her hat looks kind of like that Russian hat, so she looks a little Russian, lol. xD Maybe instead change it to the leopard ears? But other than that, this is fantastic. <3 I can't wait to see her story, it's really exciting to see someone else developing Mari! ^_^
